Foundations
Excavations
For the construction of any work, two types of activities are required: excavation and foundation. Both prepare the existing terrain and transmit the loads of the new building to it.
The excavations are necessary to modify the original topography of a piece of land, in such a way that it adapts to the requirements of various projects, such as the installation of pipes, the excavation of tunnels, the execution of foundations that transfer loads from buildings to floors and basement construction.
Foundations
The term foundation refers to the set of structural elements whose mission is to connect and transmit the construction loads to the ground.
There are different types of foundations depending on the distance at which the level of the support is located. The solid ground on which a foundation rests is also known as the foundation bed, and is responsible for transmitting its own weight and that of the structure to the base, so that the final load on the ground is not exceeded so that the settlement be tough and tolerable.
The friendships made through each project, the ethics of each individual and the ‘can do’ attitude lead to separate Devlo Enterprises from the others.
